Megan Doyle as the Director of Recruiting at ATR leads the recruiting team where she oversees all activity to ensure proper coverage of requisitions and quality client service. She is responsible for the interviewing, hiring, and training of new team members in the Minneapolis office and provides training and support on client processes and procedures while monitoring key performance measures with recruiters.
