Danny Grenningloh

Danny Grenningloh is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in telecommunications and service delivery. Since January 2016, Grenningloh has served as a collaboration engineer and senior engineer at Atradius, managing global telephony and video conferencing solutions, including Microsoft Teams and Cisco VoIP. Grenningloh has also been part of the Group of Expertise for Communications and held responsibilities as a senior advisor and service delivery coordinator, ensuring high-quality service across multiple locations. Prior to Atradius, Grenningloh held leadership and support roles at Stefanini EMEA and Philip Morris International, focusing on end-user services and 2nd/3rd line support. Earlier experience includes establishing service desks and providing technical support in various organizations. Grenningloh holds a Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL V3) and has a degree from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences.
