Manan Bhan

Manan Bhan is a Fellow in Residence at Ashoka Trust for Research in Ecology and the Environment. They are also a Community Member at Initiative for Climate Action. Manan previously worked as a Researcher at the Institute of Social Ecology, where they managed international research projects related to global land use changes and carbon emissions. They hold a PhD in Land system science and social ecology from the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna, and have a Master's Degree in Environmental Change and Management from the University of Oxford. Additionally, they have a Specialization Certificate in Disaster Risk Assessment from the University of Geneva.
