Sharachchandra Lele is currently a Distinguished Fellow in Environmental Policy & Governance at Ashoka Trust for Research in Ecology and the Environment. Prior to this, Sharachchandra served as a Coordinator at CISED. Lele holds a PhD in Energy & Resources from the University of California, Berkeley, an M.Sc.(Engg) in Systems Science from Indian Institute of Science (IISc), and a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
