Dustin Smart has over 10 years of professional work experience, beginning in 2009 as a Multi-Channel Sales Support Manager at Best Buy. In this role, they managed a team of 43 direct report employees and was responsible for project planning and execution of 12-14 week remodel project plans with strict labor and material budgets. Dustin also obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from UC Santa Barbara between 1999 and 2003. In addition, they obtained a CompTIA Project+ certification from CompTIA in March 2019.
