Shiron Ruff

Shiron Ruff, ALFM, currently serves as Executive Director at Atria Senior Living, a position held since June 2019, previously advancing through roles including Assistant Executive Director and Community Business Director. Prior to Atria, Shiron worked at Macy's from August 2008 to June 2019, where Shiron held various positions, including District My Shop Execution Team Supervisor for the AZ/LV District and Administrative Support Team Supervisor. Shiron holds a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix and an Assisted Living Facility Manager Certification from Pfundamental Consulting. Additional qualifications include a Certified Assisted Living Facility Caregiver designation from Arizona Medical Training Institute and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Rio Salado College.
