Britta Gross

Britta Gross has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Britta is currently serving as the Vice President Sales EMEA at AtriCure, Inc., where they have been working since 2021. Prior to this, Britta was the Area Director Central Europe at AtriCure, Inc. from 2021 to present.

Before joining AtriCure, Inc., Britta worked at BD as the Business Director, Central & Eastern Europe & Israel, Medical Segment from 2019 to 2021. Britta also served as the Business Director, Central & Eastern Europe & Israel, Lifescience segment at BD from 2019 to 2019.

From 2004 to 2019, Britta held various roles at Johnson & Johnson. Britta'spositions included Business Unit Director Infection Prevention for Germany, Austria & Switzerland from 2014 to 2019, Marketing Director Ethicon for Germany, Austria & Switzerland from 2011 to 2013, Franchise Director EES Poland & Baltics from 2010 to 2011, Franchise Director EES Poland from 2007 to 2009, Sales Representative at Ethicon-Endo-Surgery from 2005 to 2007, and European Program Manager Process Excellence from 2004 to 2005.

Britta began their career at Philips as a Project Engineer in R&D of Patient Monitoring Unit from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they worked at Agilent Technologies as a Research and Development Engineer in Patient Monitoring Unit from 1999 to 2001, and at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Research and Development Engineer in Patient Monitoring Unit from 1998 to 1999.

Britta's early work experience includes a role as a Management Assistant at DAP GmbH - German Accreditation System for Testing from 1997 to 1998, and as an Au-Pair for a private family from 1990 to 1991.

Britta Gross obtained an MBA in General Management with a focus on entrepreneurship from SDA Bocconi in 2003. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the Technical University of Ilmenau from 1991 to 1997, earning a Dipl.Ing. degree in Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in biomedical engineering and computer science.
