Melissa Bodner, JD, is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in legal support and operations. Currently serving as Sr. Manager at AtriCure, Inc., Melissa has progressed through various roles including Manager and Senior Corporate Paralegal since January 2021. Prior to AtriCure, Melissa held the position of Real Estate Paralegal at Macy's, where responsibilities included assisting with legal documentation for commercial property transactions. Melissa also worked as a Real Estate Paralegal at Fischer Homes, managing legal documents and contract compliance, and held law clerk positions at Gerner & Kearns Co. LPA and Bilz & Associates, where various legal drafts and compliance auditing were performed. Earlier career roles included positions at Cohesion, Cincinnati Waldorf School, and US Bank, encompassing operations and compliance oversight. Melissa earned a Juris Doctor from Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati.
