Teresa Severt MCTS, CPIM has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in the technology industry. Teresa started their career as a Senior Consultant at PS Customer Computer Applications, where they analyzed product metrics and delivered detailed feature roadmaps. Teresa then joined American Express TBS - Consulting Division as the SW Ohio Team Manager of Professional Services, responsible for managing a team and ensuring customer satisfaction. Teresa later became the Director of Professional Services at Crew Software LLC, leading multiple life cycles of Microsoft Dynamics GP and CRM implementations. Teresa then joined The TM Group, Inc. as a Senior Consultant, where they conducted project kick-off meetings, updated project plans, and integrated data from legacy systems. In 2009, Teresa founded DynLogic LLC, a successful Value Added Reseller Organization specializing in Microsoft Dynamics GP and CRM. Currently, Teresa is the Principal Application Operations at AtriCure, Inc., where they manage and coordinates enterprise-level application support, assists with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, and ensures compliance with IT controls. Throughout their career, Teresa has demonstrated strong expertise in implementation, training, and customizations of various technology platforms.

Teresa Severt MCTS, CPIM received an Associates degree in Business Computer Programming and Certificates in Management Information Systems and Accounting from Clark State Community College. Teresa also attended Kenton Ridge from 1984 to 1987. In terms of additional certifications, Teresa obtained an MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) certification in 2014 and a CPIM (Certificate of Production and Inventory Management) certification in 2005. Teresa also holds various certifications related to ITIL and Microsoft collaboration, obtained in 2020.
