Pete Lukszys

Senior Advisor, Board Observer, Founder at Atrility Medical

Pete Lukszys has worked in a variety of roles over the past 25 years. From 1995-2001, they worked at Abbott as a Production Supervisor and in the Manufacturing Professional Development Program (MPDP). From 2001-2004, they worked at EMD Chemicals as a Material Logistics Manager. From 2004-2006, they worked at Merck KGaA as a Project Leader for the U.S. SAP Implementation. From 2006-2007, they worked at the University of Wisconsin-Madison as a Senior Lecturer at the Wisconsin School of Business, a Faculty Associate at the Center for Integrated Agricultural Systems (CIAS), and a Distinguished Lecturer at the Wisconsin School of Business. From 2010-2013, they worked at the New Glarus School District as a Board of Education member, where they supported a community referendum to build a middle school and served as Treasurer. From 2013-2016, they worked at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Lecturer. From 2016-2020, they worked at Atrility Medical as a Senior Advisor, Board Observer, and Founder, as well as CEO and Founder. In 2020, they began working at the UW-Madison International Projects Office as UW/United Nations Development Program (UNDP) COVID Response.

Pete Lukszys received their MBA from the Wisconsin School of Business in Supply Chain Management from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1990 and 1995.
