Aleksander Bik

Aleksander Bik has extensive experience in HR management, with their most recent role being as Corporate HR Director at G City Europe. In this position, they were responsible for strategic HR management, recruitment and selection, staff development, wage and non-wage motivation, employee relations, HR administration and salaries, and team management. Prior to this, they held various HR positions at Akademia Leona Kożmińskiego, innogy Polska, PayrollCenter Sp. z o.o., Provident Polska, and ROCA OBIECTE SANITARE. Additionally, they have worked as a Lecturer in MBA HR at Akademia Leona Kożmińskiego.

Aleksander Bik has a Master's degree in Law from the University of Silesia in Katowice, which they obtained from 1993 to 1998. Aleksander also completed postgraduate studies in Personnel Management at AGH University of Krakow from 1999 to 2000. Furthermore, they pursued postgraduate studies in Business Psychology at Kozminski University from 2016 to 2017, and in Social Psychology at Uniwersytet SWPS from 2018 to 2019.
