Scott Jonathan Dwyer

Scott is responsible for all operational aspects of the retail division, including asset management, leasing, marketing, innovation, and ESG.

He joined Atrium in 2014 initially as CEO of the Polish operations where he initiated Atrium’s major redevelopment and extension programs across the Polish portfolio. In October 2017, he was promoted to the Group COO position and in June 2021 became the Group Managing Director for Retail. Originally from Australia, Scott has more than 20 years’ experience in the CEE real estate market having held senior positions at Unibail Rodamco, ING Real Estate and Heitman International.
