Evaristo Paez

Following a long career in Atrium, Evaristo was appointed Group Chief Investment Officer in March 2020.

Prior to joining Atrium Evaristo worked in Spain, Morocco, Bulgaria, Georgia, Ukraine and Turkey holding senior positions in different international companies, including Multi Development as country CEO for Bulgaria. In 2009 he joined Atrium as local Chief Development Officer based in Atrium’s office in Istanbul, and in charge of the different operations in Turkey and neighboring countries with the main focus on unwinding Atrium’s operations in these jurisdictions and disposals of the different projects there. In 2015 he moved to Atrium’s Warsaw office dealing with different M&A transactions in Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, and Russia, being in charge of the M&A department since March 2017.

Evaristo is Spanish, and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from CUNEF University in Madrid, Spain.
