Heather Gray SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership positions in companies such as Atrium Hospitality, Spire Hospitality, StepStone Hospitality, and more. Heather has managed HR departments, overseen employee relations, benefits, recruitment, training, and implemented policies and procedures. Heather has also worked in planning, budgeting, and compliance roles in different organizations. With a background in operations and a degree from the University of Arkansas, Heather brings a well-rounded skill set to their HR roles.
