Mark DeLoach has been practicing law for 17 years. Mark began his legal practice for the firm Alston & Bird in Atlanta, GA. After several years he made the move to in-house corporate counsel where he has worked in the restaurant, airline, and hospitalities industries. Mark began working for Atrium Hospitality in 2016. In his role as Assistant General Counsel, he provides legal advice and counsel to the organization on a wide variety of matters including labor & employment, operation and sales contracts, and compliance issues. Mark graduated with honors from Vanderbilt University Law School where he served as a Managing Editor of the Law Review and member of Vanderbilt Moot Court Board.
