Patrick Schiffli has several years of work experience in various roles in the field of Salesforce and CRM. Patrick started their career as a Network Operations Center Engineer at EDS, providing network support for global clients. Patrick then moved on to BOK Financial, where they worked as a Salesforce.com Developer and later as a Salesforce Enterprise Administrator. At Salesforce, they served as the Vice President of the Oklahoma Region Salesforce User Group. Patrick also worked at Rainmaker Associates as a Salesforce PreSales Solution Engineer and later as a Senior Business Architect. Patrick joined Appirio as a Senior Salesforce Consultant and then took on the role of Principal Salesforce.com Consultant. Most recently, they worked at Atrium as an Analytics Lead and Business Architect before being promoted to Client Engagement Director.

Patrick Schiffli obtained their Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended Connors State College from 1997 to 1999 and earned an Associate's degree in Business Management. In terms of certifications, Patrick has obtained several certifications from Salesforce, including the Salesforce Certified Associate, Salesforce Certified Tableau CRM and Einstein Discovery Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Einstein Analytics Black Belt Accredited Professional, and Einstein Analytics Experienced Consultant. Patrick has also obtained certifications such as Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer, and Salesforce.com Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
