Chris S.

Chris S. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Chris recently joined ATS Automation as a Group Lead in Systems Engineering. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Turntide Technologies. Chris has also worked at Clearpath Inc. as a Senior Systems Engineer and Systems Engineer. Chris started their career at Brave Control Solutions as a Controls Specialist and later worked at Hollen Controls Limited as a Systems Integrator. Additionally, Chris has held positions as a Systems Engineer at BHP Billiton and Pi Innovo. Before entering the engineering field, they gained experience as a Senior Technician at The Princess Theatre and Cinema.

Chris S. completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) Hons degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Hertfordshire from 2009 to 2013. Before that, they attended Uppingham School from 2004 to 2009, where they completed A Levels in Maths, Physics, Electronics, and Spanish. Chris also obtained various certifications, including P.Eng from PEO - Professional Engineers Ontario in 2021, Lean White Belt in 2018, Electrical Safety Training from Rockwell Automation in 2016, EngTech and ICT Tech from IET in 2012. Furthermore, they have completed multiple professional certificates and training programs from MIT Professional Education.
