Emma Hauch

Emma Hauch has a strong background in business development and strategy, with their most recent role being Director, Business Development - Key Account at ATS Corporation since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Strategy and Business Development at ATS Corporation from July 2019 to May 2022.

Before joining ATS Corporation, Emma held various leadership positions at Kinectrics, including Vice President - Nuclear Equipment Solutions from July 2018 to July 2019, Department Manager - Nuclear Parts and Qualification from November 2015 to July 2018, and Service Line Leader - Analytical (Chemistry) Laboratory Services from January 2011 to October 2015. Emma also served as a Leader & Project Manager - Nuclear Equipment Qualification from September 2008 to January 2011 and as a Project Manager from February 2007 to August 2008.

In addition to their industry experience, Emma Hauch has been involved in professional organizations such as the Canadian Nuclear Society, where they served as a Council Member from January 2017 to June 2018, and Women in Nuclear, where they were an Executive Board Member from 2011 to 2015. Emma began their career at SNC-Lavalin as a Process Engineer from January 2006 to February 2007.

Emma Hauch earned a BEng in Chemical Engineering from The University of Queensland from 2000 to 2004. Emma then pursued further education and obtained a MASc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo in 2004 and 2005 respectively. Emma Hauch also holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, although specific details regarding the date of obtaining the certification are not provided.
