John Newman

John Newman has had an extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. John started their career at Fives as an Executive Committee Member and later became the President and CEO of Fives Cinetic Automation, overseeing multiple manufacturing businesses. John then joined Comau as President and CEO before moving on to JNA Partners, LLC as a CEO Advisor, providing advisory services to start-up companies. John also served as Chairman of the Advisory Board for TWW & Associates, Inc and Angelic Care, Inc. Additionally, they worked at Global Plastics Recovery as a CEO Advisor and as a Board of Directors Member. John was also a Mentor CEO at 2 Point Perspective, mentoring small businesses in Chicago. Most recently, they held leadership positions at ATS Automation, first as Vice President of Sales, then as Vice President of Global Sales Transportation, and finally as Vice President Mobility Sales-Industrial Automation. John also served as an Advisory Board Member at Malace|HR, an integrated staffing services company. John Newman attended several educational institutions throughout their career. In 1978, they received an Associates of Science degree in Design Engineering from Henry Ford College. From 1983 to 1989, they pursued Manufacturing Engineering at Lawrence Technological University. In 1988, they briefly attended Purdue University for an Engineering Management Program. Later, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Administration from Central Michigan University between 1990 and 1994. Finally, in 1996, they participated in an Advanced Management Skills Program at The Mahler Company.
