Leticia Sherritt, CPTD, has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Leticia started their career at Biper/Contactel as a System Administrator from 1997 to 2000. Leticia then joined BlackBerry in 2004, where they held various roles including Technical Support, Support Training Specialist, Technical Writer, and eventually became the Team Lead for Customer Experience and Enterprise Training. During their time at BlackBerry, Leticia managed instructional designers and writers, designed and developed a blended learning curriculum, and collaborated on the creation of help materials. In 2015, they joined ATS Automation as an Elearning Specialist, where they managed the Learning Management System, designed and developed elearning content, and researched and evaluated third-party content providers. Leticia then took on the role of Learning Technologies Team Lead, actively identifying improvement opportunities and implementing new learning technologies for employees and customers. Overall, Leticia has demonstrated a strong expertise in learning and development, instructional design, and technology integration throughout their career.
Leticia Sherritt, CPTD, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which was obtained from 1992 to 1996. In 1997 and 1998, they earned a Diploma in Communication Technologies from Grupo Asercom. Leticia also completed a program from Friesen Kaye and Associates in 2008 and 2009, where they studied instructional techniques, needs analysis, instructional design, and blended learning. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) certification from the ATD Certification Institute in January 2019.
