Johnny Pereless

Johnny Pereless is an accomplished entrepreneur and technology executive with extensive experience in software architecture and corporate leadership. Currently serving as President and Corporate Architect at OnMyWay, Johnny is instrumental in developing solutions that mitigate distracted driving, contributing to significant safety improvements. As the Founder of Pereless Systems and ATS OnDemand, Johnny has led innovative software developments since 1999. Previously, as President and Chief Platform Architect at Zero Fee Recruiter, Johnny enhanced recruitment processes for numerous organizations. Johnny's early career included founding SilkRoad, where effective recruiting tools were created. Johnny holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Mount St. Mary's University.
