Our company enjoys remarkable tenure and we take pride in our employees’ ability to grow their career and find long-term success at ATS. | | JOB SUMMARY: | As a vital member of the Construction team, the Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of intricate projects. With a focus on the largest and most complex projects taken by ATS, this position assumes overall project management responsibilities. This entails overseeing staffing and financial aspects to guarantee project completion while effectively managing the project team. Additionally, the Project Manager is tasked with designing and engineering control system hardware and software programming in alignment with project plans, specifications, and contractual documents. Maintaining meticulous attention to detail, they ensure that all documentation remains accurate and comprehensive throughout the project lifecycle. They will serve as the primary interface with clients, handling pricing structures and negotiating change orders. They will also diligently supervise subcontractors and suppliers. | | DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: | * Control system overall design implementation responsibility

  • Control programming and graphic development implementation responsibility
  • Manage ATS project site crews
  • Manage the start up of Building Control Systems
  • Manage the commissioning of Building Control Systems
  • Manage as built drawing process
  • Create and maintain overall project and labor plan
  • Select and manage ATS subcontractors
  • Manage owner training process
  • Overall project financial responsibility against established budget, including change orders
  • Interface responsibility to all other project trades
  • Collections responsibility for ATS project receivables | | SKILLS AND ABILITIES: | * Proven interactive, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Management of technicians, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of DDC (direct digital control) Theory and Applications
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised
  • ACAD skills
  • Programming skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills | | WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: | This position requires a combination of working in an office environment and routine visits to project jobsites up to 50% of working hours. Project jobsites present typical construction and outdoor conditions that require the use of personal protective equipment for safety purposes. Lifting and exerting up to 20 pounds infrequently required. Must be comfortable climbing a ladder infrequently. Small repetitive motions and use of small tools is included. | | COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS | * Annual base salary ranges from $78,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

  • Typical Monday – Friday working hours with flexibility as needed
  • Local travel required with infrequent out-of-state travel | | CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE | * Engineering or other professional undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Computer programming experience
  • Building Mechanical System experience
  • 7+ years industry experience
  • Experience with electronics and basic electrical circuits |
