Natalya Knyazeva

Natalya Knyazeva has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the Group Head of Human Resources and IT Recruitment Team Lead at Atsearch Group since September 2021. Prior to this role, Natalya worked at VTB as a recruitment specialist from April 2020 to September 2021. From March 2019 to April 2020, Natalya held the position of IT recruiter at Atsearch - Crowd Recruitment, focusing on crowdsourced recruitment in the IT sector. Natalya's earlier experience includes roles at Rosinter Restaurants Holding as a senior recruitment manager and personnel manager from August 2010 to March 2019, and as the head of the recruitment department at ГК "Ронова" from February 2007 to 2010. Natalya holds a degree from Московский Государственный Областной Университет, completed in 2007.
