Agosto, Alexander has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Agosto, began their career in the US Army in 1983, serving as a SGT and later as a Communications Security Repairman/Supervisor. In 1996, they transitioned to Verizon, where they worked for 22 years as a Senior Manager, overseeing managed services and ensuring efficient operations. In 2020, Agosto joined Optanix as a Partner Success Manager, where they utilized their expertise in customer relations and IT network support to drive business growth. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Client Experience at ATSG, a role that involves managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Agosto Alexander's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Phoenix University, and an Associate of Applied Sciences degree from Enterprise State Junior College.
