John Trani

John oversees all things legal, compliance and privacy. Prior to Attentive, he served as General Counsel of HookLogic (acquired by Criteo) and Carrot Creative (acquired by Vice) as well as Senior Commercial Counsel at Criteo. He holds a BS in Business Administration (concentration in Finance) from Boston University and a JD from Brooklyn Law School.
