Katie Hewett is a seasoned professional in client strategy and customer success, currently serving as the Lead Client Strategy Manager at Attentive since January 2021, after progressing from the role of Senior Client Strategy Manager. Prior to this, Katie worked as a Customer Success Manager at Quotient Technology Inc. from January 2020, following the acquisition of Ahalogy, where Katie held the position of Customer Success Lead from February 2019 to January 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Coordinator at Strategic Marketing, SM, from July 2014 to December 2018, and a Public Relations Intern at Boxcar PR in May to July 2013. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Kentucky, earned in 2014.
