Rebecca Batley

Rebecca Batley has over 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Rebecca began their career in 2011 as an HR Assistant at S&A Produce (UK) Ltd. In 2014, they moved to MHA MacIntyre Hudson, where they served as both an HR Advisor and Senior HR Advisor until 2015. Rebecca then joined the Financial Times as an HR Advisor, where they were responsible for leading end-to-end ER cases, providing operational and strategic support to all levels of management, and working across all aspects of the employee life cycle. In 2020, they joined Peakon as a People Partner, and in 2021 they moved to Attest, where they currently serve as People Lead, Senior People & Development Partner, and People & Development Partner.

Rebecca Batley's education history includes attending Hereford Cathedral School from 1997 to 2004, Nottingham Trent University from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Hereford College of Technology from 2012 to 2013, where they earned a CIPD Level 3 Diploma in HR Practice, and Herefordshire and Ludlow College from 2013 to 2014, where they earned a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in HR Management.
