Marianna Utin

Marianna Utin currently serves as Claims Counsel at Attorney Protective since August 2023. Prior to this, Marianna Utin held the position of Claims Counsel at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. from September 2019 to August 2023. Additionally, Marianna Utin was Complex Claims Director at AIG from August 2015 to September 2019 and Claims Counsel at OneBeacon Insurance Group from November 2012 to July 2015. Earlier in the career, Marianna Utin worked as a Claims Analyst at The Hartford from June 2009 to November 2012, and as an Attorney at Reed Smith LLP from September 2008 to May 2009. Marianna Utin began the professional journey as a Judicial Clerk to Hon. Herman Cahn at the New York State Supreme Court - Commercial Division during the summer of 2006. Marianna Utin earned a JD in Law from Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin.
