Currently serving as a Board Member at Unica and Chief Legal Officer at Atvos, Luiz previously held senior roles at Via, Patria Investimentos, and RHI Magnesita, where significant achievements included leading major M&A initiatives, establishing a recycling business unit, and successfully restructuring operations to achieve substantial cost savings.
