Frederic Godbout

Frederic Godbout, CFA has a background in real estate investments and commercial lending. Frederic is currently the President and co-founder of Atwater Properties Inc. since 2012. Previously, they worked at Ivanhoé Cambridge as Director of Investments from 2006 to 2012. Before that, they were a Commercial Lending Underwriter at First National Financial LP from 2004 to 2006. In this role, they conducted due diligence analysis, developed financial models, and performed credit analysis for various types of commercial real estate loans.

Frederic Godbout, CFA, completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Joint Honours Finance & Economics from McGill University in 2004. In 2008, they obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder certification from the CFA Institute.
