Frank (Austin) Donk is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in customer service, account management, and multimedia illustration. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Atypon since April 2016, Frank has developed extensive knowledge of digital publishing platforms while fostering strong customer relationships. Prior to Atypon, Frank worked at Whole Foods Market in various roles, including Whole Body Purchasing Specialist and Customer Service Specialist, consistently providing exceptional service and educating customers about product differences. Frank's earlier experience includes serving in the US Army from September 2000 to April 2009, where responsibilities included designing multimedia products and maintaining weapons systems.
