Jeff Flowers

Jeff Flowers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and client management. Currently serving as a Technical Support Manager at Black Book since July 2023, Flowers previously held the role of Technical Trainer for Gwinnett County Government and Client Support Manager at Aderant, the largest independent legal software provider globally. Prior experience includes managing daytime operations at Frontline Managed Services and training security personnel at Plaza Security, LLC. Flowers began their career with a Criminal Investigations internship at the District Attorney's Office of Gwinnett County and worked as a Technology Sales Specialist at Office Depot. Flowers holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Georgia State University and pursued further studies in the same field at Southeastern Louisiana University.
