Andrea Godani has a strong culinary career spanning over 18 years. Andrea started in 2003 as a Commis Chef at Gallo Nero Restaurant and later served as a Chef De Partie at the same establishment in 2005. Andrea then worked as a Senior Chef Partie at Gastronomia Ornella from 2006 to 2010 before transitioning to J Class Caffe as a Head Chef. In 2012, they joined Angiolina Restaurant as a Chef De Partie before moving to COQ D'OR Restaurant Langans Brasserie as a Commis Chef. From 2013 to 2018, Andrea worked their way up at COQ D'OR Restaurant Co Limited Langans Brasserie, starting as a Sous Chef and eventually becoming a Head Chef. In 2018, they joined Wright's of London as a Head Chef, responsible for various tasks including menu planning, supplier negotiations, and budget management. Currently, Andrea holds the position of Head Chef at Aubaine Restaurants, a role they have been serving since June 2021.
Andrea Godani obtained a High School Diploma in Food Preparation/Professional Cooking/Kitchen Assistant from i.p.s.a.r.t. Marco Polo, where they studied from 2002 to 2007.
