Jill Walker

Jill Walker PhD is an experienced professional specializing in training and instructional design across various industries. Currently serving as the Operations Training and Standards Manager at Auckland Airport since May 2024 and as a Learning Partner at EROAD since August 2021, Jill has previously held roles including Training Manager at MercyAscot Private Hospitals and Goodman Fielder, where Jill led significant training initiatives for transformative projects. Additional experience includes instructional design and training consultancy for Auckland Council and Foodstuffs North Island Limited. Jill authored important training needs analyses and developed comprehensive training programs to ensure compliance with updated health and safety regulations while working for Auckland University of Technology. Jill holds a PhD in Clinical Hypnotherapy from American Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts with double majors in Psychology and Philosophy from The University of Auckland.
