Deanna Drum

Deanna Drum has over 20 years of work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Deanna'smost recent position was as the Head of People and Culture at Auction.com, where they focused on the sale of residential bank-owned and foreclosure properties. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Cloudvirga and Healthcare Success. Deanna also served as an HR Consultant at ZKnowledge, working with clients such as Allergan and Pacific Life Insurance Company. Earlier in their career, Deanna was a Human Resources Manager at Teva Pharmaceuticals and Black & Decker HHI. Deanna has extensive experience in organizational development, training, change management, and project management.

Deanna Drum has a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Tulsa. Deanna also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Luther College. In addition to their academic achievements, Deanna has obtained certifications such as HRIP (Human Resources Information Professional) from IHRIM (International Association for Human Resource Information Management) in June 2014, and SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resource) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in October 2018.
