Amanda Ellison

Amanda Ellison has a diverse work experience in both the technology and healthcare industries. Amanda began their career in 2012 as a Clinical Psychology Intern at North Mississippi State Hospital, where they provided therapy to acutely mentally ill patients. Amanda then worked as a Research Assistant at the Social Science Research Center, where they helped analyze data on HIV testing acceptability and conducted HIV needs assessments. In 2011, they were a Graduate Research Assistant at Mississippi State University, working on various projects in the Advanced Social Psychology lab. In 2014, Amanda worked as a Clinician at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes, tutoring individuals with reading and comprehension difficulties. Amanda also worked as a Senior Specialist 1 at CTS, Inc., performing manual and automated testing on e-commerce applications for a major US bank. Amanda then transitioned into the technology industry, holding roles such as QA Engineer at AccuReg, Automation Test Engineer at Aerotek, Quality Automation Engineer at PlayMaker Health, and QA Automation Engineer at Auction Edge. Amanda Ellison obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Game Design from Full Sail University, graduating in 2016.
