Katy Hew

Katy (Herr) Hew is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic communications and investor relations. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Audacia Strategies LLC since September 2015, Katy leads initiatives aimed at helping organizations achieve their transformational goals through market analysis and targeted messaging. Prior to this, Katy served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Exelis from September 2011 to July 2015, where responsibilities included developing financial messaging and managing investor relationships. Katy also held the position of Vice President of Marketing, Communications, and Investor Relations at Integral Systems, Inc., overseeing global communications for the publicly traded company. Earlier experience includes roles at Northrop Grumman as Director of Communications and Manager of Strategic Captures. Katy holds multiple degrees, including an MBA and MPP from William & Mary, and has completed executive education programs at prestigious institutions such as The Wharton School and Columbia Business School.
