Rachel Levy

Rachel Levy is a seasoned professional in talent management and development with extensive experience in both the private and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Management & Development at Audax Private Equity since June 2025, Rachel previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition at PSG, where the focus was on partnering with middle-market software and technology-enabled services companies. Rachel's earlier roles include Director of Talent at Social Finance, where significant projects included developing Pennsylvania's first social impact bond and collaborating with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation on impactful policy briefs. Additionally, Rachel's experience includes roles at Teach For America, Deloitte Consulting, and achievements in project management and strategy development. Educated at prestigious institutions, Rachel holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Williams College.
