Steven Propper

Steven Propper is currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Audible since November 2022. Prior to that, Steven held the position of Senior Advisor, Customer Experience at Southern California Edison from March 2021 to April 2022. Before SCE, Steven was the Owner & Self-Employed Consultant at Propper Advisory LLC from October 2018 to February 2021. Steven has a wealth of experience in customer experience, project management, and marketing, with a strong background in managing customer feedback programs and developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
