Rachel Giles

Rachel Giles has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Rachel currently holds the position of Director of People & Organizational Development at Audigy, a management consulting company. Prior to this, they served as a Professional Development Program Leader at Audigy, empowering a team of trainers to provide customized training and coaching. Before joining Audigy, Rachel worked as a Senior Training & Development Manager at Bridgecrest, where they specialized in onboarding, coaching leaders, and improving employee engagement. Rachel also served as an Education Manager at Junior Achievement of Dallas, Inc., where they fostered partnerships to educate students about finances and entrepreneurship. Rachel's earlier experiences include working as a Sales Account Executive at Vital Design Group, an Event Assistant at ESPN, and the Horned Frog Yearbook Editor at Texas Christian University. Rachel also interned as a District Manager at Aldi USA, where they gained experience in hiring, staffing, and finance management.

Rachel Giles completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Entrepreneurial Management from Texas Christian University between 2011 and 2014. Rachel then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management from Colorado State University Global from 2018 to 2020.
