Kerri-Ann Wilson

Kerri-Ann Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kerri-Ann started their career in 1995 as a Personnel Officer at Lever Rexona. Kerri-Ann then worked as a Classical Assistant at Warner Music Australia before becoming a Human Resources Manager at Permail. In 2000, Wilson joined Altium Limited, where they established and grew the HR function, holding various roles including HR Manager, HR Director, and Chief People Officer. Kerri-Ann took on the role of Director, Workforce Planning before going on a parental leave career break. Afterward, they worked as a Human Capital Manager at SimCorp and as a Human Resources Manager at Calix Limited. In 2013, they took on the role of Director, People and Culture at ADMA and HR Manager, APAC at Transaction Network Services. Kerri-Ann'smost recent position is Chief People Officer at Audinate, which they started in 2018.

Kerri-Ann Wilson holds a Master of Management in Human Resources from Macquarie Business School, which was completed in 2003. Kerri-Ann also has a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Macquarie University, obtained between 1992 and 1994. In addition, they obtained a Dante Certification Level 1 from Audinate in 2021.
