Carla Fitzpatrick Shrm-Scp

Carla Fitzpatrick, SHRM-SCP, PHR, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Carla started their career as a Landscape Technician at Hemlock Landscapes in 2002. From 2003 to 2015, they owned and managed Fireside Studios. In 2005, they joined The Pattie Group Inc. as an HR & Administrative Manager, where they implemented the company's first online application system and HRIS, resulting in significant cost savings.

In 2014, Carla joined Anderson International Corp as a Business Strategy Coordinator, overseeing the development of HR programs and policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Carla also served as the Human Resource Manager, focusing on alignment between individual and company goals. Additionally, Carla briefly held the position of Interim Purchasing Manager, helping the department align with the company's strategic plan.

In 2019, Carla took on the role of Director of Human Resources at Audio-Technica before being promoted to Executive Director of Human Resources in 2021. Recently, in 2023, they also took on the responsibility of Information Technology at the same company.

Throughout their career, Carla has utilized their expertise in HR and management to drive organizational success.

Carla Fitzpatrick is currently pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University. Carla attended the Cleveland Institute of Art from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Sculpture. Carla also has a background in Human Resources Development from Kent State University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Notary Public from the State of Ohio, Portage County in 2011, Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2022, Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2012, and CPR/AED/First Aid from the American Heart Association in 2015.
