Patrick Ritter Cpm

Patrick Ritter, CPM, has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. Patrick started their career as an Audio Engineer at Columbia College Chicago, where they developed stage plots and maintained backline equipment. Patrick then worked as a Captain at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant, leading a team and spearheading private events.

From 2012 to 2014, Patrick served as a Private Event Captain at BOKA Restaurant Group, accommodating multiple roles within the restaurant and working on various private events. Patrick also worked as a Front Waiter, Event Captain, and Bartender at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, managing the timing of food courses and executing private events.

In 2012, Patrick joined House of Blues Chicago as an Audio Engineer, assisting touring artists and crews with audio mixing and maintenance tasks. Patrick later joined PSAV as an Audio Department Lead, where they reduced warehouse overhead and trained staff on recording procedures.

From 2014 to 2017, Patrick worked as a Sales Manager at PSAV, strengthening customer relations and capturing over $1.2M in audiovisual business. Patrick also served as a CSR-Sales, engaging in new business development and managing quotes and budgets.

In 2017, Patrick joined Meeting Tomorrow as a Production Manager/Technical Sales Engineer, supervising the RFQ and vendor management process and advancing production aspects for events. Patrick later became a Virtual Event Manager, contributing to the planning and execution of virtual events in multiple platforms. Patrick also served as a Product Manager, Virtual Solutions, establishing best practices and facilitating training programs for new virtual platforms.

Currently, Patrick is working as a Product Manager at Audio-Technica, responsible for managing product development and strategy.

Patrick Ritter, CPM, obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Live Sound Reinforcement/Recording from Columbia College Chicago. In addition to their degree, they also hold the certification of Certified Product Manager (CPM) from AIPMM The Association of International Product Marketing and Management, which they obtained in September 2022.
