Yona Slav

Yona Slav has a strong background in human resources management. Yona worked at AudioCodes from December 2004 onwards, where they established and managed HR infrastructure in various regions, including EMEA, APAC, and Israel. Yona was responsible for global recruitment in 15 countries, as well as implementing HR policies and procedures worldwide. Prior to that, Yona worked at Strauss Group Inc. as an HR Manager from 2002 to 2004, focusing on recruitment, retention, compensation and benefits programs, and HR policies. From 1999 to 2002, they served as an HR Manager at YES DBS Satellite Services Ltd, where their responsibilities included recruitment, training, and implementing HR processes.

Yona Slav received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History of the Middle East and Russian Studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 1993 to 1997. Yona then pursued further education at The Open University from 2001 to 2002, focusing on Human Resources Management. Later, Yona obtained a Master of Arts degree in History of the Middle East from Tel Aviv University, completing the program from 2008 to 2009.
