Teresa Duddy has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Teresa began their career as an Administrative Assistant and Student Ambassador at Royal Holloway, University of London, where they supported the Manager of the Student Services Center with special data projects in Excel, utilized a CRM to maintain data and manage communications, and drafted newsletters in MailChimp. During this time, they also worked as a Freelance Journalist for London Student and a Freelance Music Journalist for Guestlist. In 2017, they moved on to the University of the Arts London, where they served as an Administrative Coordinator and supported the Head of Assessments and Examinations in program coordination through a detailed-oriented approach to daily administrative work. Teresa also scheduled all departmental, board, and committee meetings and created agendas, and executed special projects, input data in Excel, and tracked KPIs. From 2019 to 2020, Teresa worked as a Content Editor for Newsela, and in 2020 they began their current role as an Executive Assistant at California College of the Arts. In this role, they act as a gatekeeper to calendars of the CFO, Senior VP of Advancement, and VP of Marketing & Communications, processes monthly expense reports, and tracks spending for budgets in Workday. Teresa also drafts agendas and takes minutes for important meetings, including Board meetings. In 2022, Teresa will become an Operations Manager at Audius.

Teresa Duddy completed their high school education at Amador Valley High School in 2013, earning their High School Diploma. Teresa then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in History from Royal Holloway, University of London, which they completed in 2016. In 2020, they obtained their Yoga Instructor Certification - Level I from the Yoga Alliance.
