Fernando Davila

Fernando has been at BairesDev for 8 years, acting in many different roles. He has deep knowledge of BairesDev’s objectives and needs. As Head of Talent Operations, he aims to apply his expertise to help improve our functionality and internal processes. With ample experience in managing large IT projects for several multinational tech companies, Fernando has the capacity to process and manage the large amounts of data required for our sales team to be efficient.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering and a master’s degree in business administration.
