Simon Knowles

Simon Knowles has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. In 2019, they worked as the Head of Applications at Audley Travel, where they successfully re-platformed their legacy booking system and built a data and analytics capability. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Enterprise Technology Transformation Leader at Smith & Nephew, leading the transformation of their enterprise technology team to enable future digital product growth. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2018, they were involved in enterprise architecture transformation at the International Airlines Group, where they defined the enterprise architecture for their future digital landscape. In 2015, they worked at BP as the Programme Director for Cloud Transformation, building their cloud platforms and leading SCRUM Agile & DevOps teams. Before that, they held roles at Vodafone, BP, Nokia, EMC, and Atos KPMG Consulting, where they had responsibilities ranging from cloud programme management to IT transformation and infrastructure strategy. Simon also has consulting experience, including sales force automation and sales performance improvement engagements. Simon Knowles attended Loughborough University from 1986 to 1990, where they pursued a BEng degree in Automotive Engineering.
