Luke Newcomb

Luke Newcomb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, consulting, and corporate strategy. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for Audubon Companies and operating Newk Consulting LLC since May 2022, Newcomb specializes in corporate mergers and acquisitions, transitions, and integrations. Previous roles include Project Finance Consultant at Waterhouse Project Consultants, LLP, and various leadership positions at Wood, including Vice President of Strategic Projects and Senior Vice President for Asset Solutions in the Middle East. Newcomb has a rich background in overseeing complex projects and driving operational integration, as seen during tenure as General Manager of Mustang Al-Hejailan. Education was obtained from the University of Houston.
