Shruti Naik

Shruti Naik has worked as an HR Executive at Aufait Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from December 2014 until the present. Before that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition specialist at Ace Creative Learning Pvt. Ltd. from August 2014 to December 2014. Prior to that, they completed an internship in Talent Acquisition at Ace Creative Learning Pvt. Ltd. from January 2014 to March 2014.

Shruti Naik pursued their education at various institutions. From 1996 to 2006, they attended M V Herwadkar English School in Belgaum, completing their 1st to 10th standard. Shruti then enrolled at The Oxford College of Engineering from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management from PES College of Engineering, which they completed between 2012 and 2014.
