Ahmed Shalash has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Ahmed began their career as an Engineer at Bristol Mayer's Squib Egypt Factory in 2007. Ahmed then worked as a Site Engineer at Modern Academy in Mokatam in 2008 and Cairo Stadium in 2009. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Military Engineer in the Air Defense at Utility and Landscape Service.

Shalash transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry in 2013, starting as a Validation Engineer at AUG Pharma. Ahmed was responsible for designing and qualifying instruments, equipment, and systems, as well as conducting calibration activities. Ahmed also worked as an HSE Engineer, optimizing training programs and implementing hygiene initiatives to ensure worker safety. In 2013, Shalash became a Projects Engineer at AUG Pharma, where they collaborated with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and managed projects from conception to completion.

Going forward to 2018, Ahmed obtained a CPR/AED/First Aid certification in February from FirstAid Responders. Additionally, they completed a Diploma in Food Safety from Alison - Free Online Learning in March.

Lastly, in September 2019, Ahmed obtained a certification in Firefighting from the Civil Protection Department, showcasing their continuous dedication to expanding their knowledge and skills in this field.
